Janaki and Sarah offer several options for the practice of naturist yoga, either in person (when permitted) or online via Zoom. The schedule and fee structure in effect as of May 2021 is as follows. However, as their yoga program is subject to change, anyone interested should check with Janaki or Sarah to determine the current schedule and fee structure.
Classes
Monday 8:00-9:15 pm (Sarah) – A class working on mobility (flexibility & strength) in progressions called mini-vinyasas (includes a 15 minute guided meditation)
Thursday 8:00-9:15 pm (Janaki) – Gentle beginner/intermediate Hatha yoga (strength building) (includes a 15 minute guided meditation)
Friday 12:00-1:00 pm (Sarah) – Somatic practices, breathwork and mini-vinyasas ending with a Sivasana
Sunday 8:00-9:15 pm (Janaki) – Intermediate/advanced Hatha yoga (strength building)
In addition to the above, once the weather warms up, outdoor topless yoga in the park will be offered.
Special Events and Workshops
A variety of special events and workshops are held throughout the year.
Fees
Membership permits unlimited attendance at classes and discounts on special events and workshops.
- Drop-in: $15/class
- 1-month membership: $150
- 2-month membership: $275
- 3-month membership: $350
- Private session: $125/session
